He wrote his first film ‘Aaghat’ (2010) in Marathi language with Sameer Vidwans. He has also written romantic comedies like ‘Time Please’ (2013), ‘Lagan Pahave Karun’ (2013), and ‘Timepass 2’ (2015). Kshitij wrote the first Marathi teen detective film titled ‘Faster Fan’ in 2017.
His film ‘YZ’ (2015) was highly appreciated by the critics. In 2020, Kshitij wrote the script of the film ‘Dhurala’ which revolves around the story of Gram Panchayat elections in a small village in Maharashtra.

This is my first writing role in Hindi and I am grateful and grateful for it. This came about through mutual friends. Mikhil, Parinda Joshi and Anu Singh Choudhary together created a writers room and completely reinvented the theme, story, script and dialogues. It has been a great basis for my writing in Hindi.”
- While working with Setu Advertising in Pune, she earned the ‘United Nations Population Fund’ and ‘Laadli National Award for Creative Excellence for Social Change’ for copywriting a print advertisement about stopping gender selection. He earned this award again for a Hindi song written by him.
