Kishore Nandlaskar was an Indian veteran actor who is a well-known face in the Marathi film industry. He mostly played comic characters in Marathi and Hindi films. She is best known for her role as ‘Sannata’ in the Bollywood film “Jis Desh Mein Ganga Rehta Hai” (2000).

Kishore Nandlaskar was born in Mumbai in 1941 (age 80 years at the time of death). He spent his childhood in various areas of Mumbai, including Lamington Road, Nagpada and Ghatkopar. He did his schooling from New Era High School in Panchgani and Union High School in Mumbai. Kishore did his graduation from Pune University. He acquired acting skills from his father.

Kishore Nandlaskar started his acting career with the Marathi drama “Amarai”. His role in the drama was limited to only one word dialogue “Bappa”. He then entertained the audience with plays like “Chal Ataap Jalvi,” “Bhramcha Bhopala,” “Pahuna,” “Shriman Shrimati,” “Bhole Dambis,” and “One Room Kitchen.”
His last commercial play was “Nana Karte Pyar”. Kishore made his Marathi film debut in 1989 with the film “Ina Meena Dika”.
Subsequently, he appeared in the Marathi films “Dhamal Bablya Ganpyachi” (1990), “Karmaati Kot” (1993), “Poorna Satya” (1997), “Ishya” (2006), “Yedyanchi Jatra” (2012). Hantash” (2017). The last Marathi film in which she acted was “Miss You Miss” (2020).
Nandlaskar made his Bollywood debut in 1999 with Mahesh Manjrekar’s film “Vaastaav: The Reality”.
In 2000, she played the role of ‘Sannata’ in the Bollywood film “Jis Desh Mein Ganga Rehta Hai” and gained huge popularity.

Death
Kishore Nandlaskar was admitted to a COVID-19 center in Thane after he tested positive for COVID-19 on 14 April 2021. It is being told that before being admitted to the hospital, he was having trouble breathing. He breathed his last at the Covid Center on 20 April 2021 at around 12:30 pm.

- He was often known as Kishore Kaka in the Marathi film industry.
- Kishore acted in about 40 plays, 30 films and 20 TV serials in his career.
- Nandlaskar lived in a small house in Bhoiwada-Paaral, Mumbai at the beginning of his career. Since his house was very small, Kishore often slept in a nearby temple. After the news became public, the then Chief Minister of Mumbai Vilasrao Deshmukh sanctioned him a house in Borivali, Mumbai.
- Before his death in 2021, Kishore owned a house in Nagpada, Mumbai. He also had two flats in Mumbai.
- Kishore owned a Toyota Innova and a Toyota Fortuner. He also had a bus which he had given on rent.
- A few years before his death, Nandalashkar suffered from breathing problems and anxiety and had to undergo bypass surgery.
- Kishore’s friend Usha Nadkarni once revealed that he was an introvert.
- While sharing information about Nandlaskar’s personal life during an interview, Usha Nadkarni said,
Actually, he had many personal and family problems. He was stressed and worried about his personal life and due to this he was living alone. He was not living with his family because these thoughts were making him uncomfortable.
