Kevin Stefanski is an American football coach and also the head coach of the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). Kevin Stefanski was named the 18th full-time head coach in Cleveland Brown history on January 13, 2020. He ultimately led the team to its first playoff appearance since 2002.

Kevin began his NFL career as an assistant coach for the Minnesota Vikings from 2006 to 2019 and was the offensive coordinator for his final two seasons. Kevin joined the Minnesota Vikings in 2006 as an assistant coach to then-head coach Brad Childress. Later, in 2009, he was promoted to assistant quarterbacks coach, where he would serve through the 2013 season.
In 2017, when Scott Turner was fired, Kevin was promoted to quarterbacks coach for the Vikings, where he helped transform the Vikings into the 10th highest scoring offense in the NFL. He previously worked with running backs in 2016 and tight ends in 2014 and 2015.
After the 2017 season, Kevin was asked to join the New York Giants as their new offensive coordinator, but the Vikings denied the request. After offensive coordinator John DeFilippo was fired following a 21-7 loss to the Seattle Seahawks, Kevin was named interim offensive coordinator and on January 9, 2019, Kevin was promoted to full-time offensive coordinator.

On September 17, 2020, Kevin earned the first win of his career as a head coach in a 35-30 victory against the Cincinnati Bengals.
After Romeo Crennel, Kevin became the first Browns head coach to lead the franchise to a winning season, securing their ninth victory over the Tennessee Titans on December 6, 2020. He led the Browns to a record 11-5, finishing third in the AFC North and securing the Browns’ first playoff berth since 2002. It was also the team’s best record since its return in 1999.
