Danielle Galligan was born on December 1, 1992 (age 28 years; as of 2020) in Rathfarnham, South Dublin. Her zodiac sign is Sagittarius. Danielle completed her schooling at Loreto High School, Beaufort where she was a member of Ann Kavanagh’s Young People’s Theatre. Theatre

After completing her graduation from The Lir, Danielle started working as a producer in the Rough Magic Theatre Company where she helped in the stage production of the show ‘The Train.’ Danielle wrote the script for the stage show ‘Hostel 16’ along with Fionnuala Gygax and Ailish Leavy. In 2017, Danielle Galligan got the opportunity to play the role of Cinderella for the play ‘The Grimm Tale of Cinderella.’ Danielle played the titular heroine role and the role of the story-telling old woman. In 2018, writer Tom Moran wrote a play ‘Lyrics’ where Danielle was playing the lead role opposite to him.

Danielle starred alongside Finbarr Doyle in ‘Summertime,’ a short play written by James Elliot. The play featured at the 2018 Dublin Fringe Festival, the 2019 Drogheda Arts Festival, and Abbey Theater’s 2019 Young Curator Festival. Danielle and Finbarr were shortlisted for ‘Best Duo’ category for the Judge’s Choice awards. Galligan and Gavin Kostick were working on a project together since 2017, and in 2019, they co-created and performed in a play ‘Gym Swim Party.’ The production was featured in the 2019 Dublin Fringe Festival as well.
