Kevin Costner’s estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, has filed court documents about the actor’s alleged attempts to get him to leave their home.
The couple split after 18 years together in May. In court, she referred to her life situation.

Christine’s attorney claims that Kevin “seeks to evict Christine and her three children from the home the children have lived in their entire lives” in court documents obtained by Insider.
“Although the legal basis for Kevin’s request to remove his wife and children from their home is almost non-existent, this remains a matter of critical importance to Christine,” the documents continue.
Meanwhile, a source close to Kevin told him People that the claim was “false”.
“This has nothing to do with children. The children’s foundation is solid. This is all about Cristina. Kevin has gone above and beyond in providing Christine with the means to find a suitable place for her to move to,” they said.
