Ketki Mategaonkar was born on 22 February 1994 (age 25 years; as in 2019) in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. She belongs to a family associated with music. His family moved from Nagpur to Pune in the 90s. He studied at Dr. Kalmadi High School, Pune and then completed his graduation in English Literature. Ketaki grew up listening to her mother’s lullabies and hence developed an interest in music.
She was so interested in music that whenever she heard her mother singing, she would also start humming. She would often guess the songs her father played on the keyboard. Ketaki started singing children’s songs for various albums at a very young age. At the age of 10, he started taking music training from his mother. Subsequently, he performed in various music programs.

Ketaki started her career by participating in reality shows. She participated in “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs” (2009) and received immense love from the judges and audience.
She made her debut as a playback singer in 2008 with the song “Phir Se Chamke Tim Tim Taare” from the film “Dasavatar”.
After this he started giving stage performances. She has performed in various shows with her mother.
Apart from singing, he is also an actor. At the age of 15, she made her acting debut in Sujay Dahake’s Marathi romantic drama “Shala” (2012). Sujay saw his performance on television and decided to cast him for the film “Shala”.
