Friends Fans are rejoicing because Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer just had a mini reunion. The two actors star in a viral Super Bowl ad for Uber Eats.
In the commercial, Aniston is in a studio. Her assistant gives her the Uber Eats order she ordered and tells her, “I didn’t know you could get all these things on Uber Eats. I have to remember that.”
Aniston responded: “Well, you know what they say: to remember something, you have to forget something else. Make a little space.”
Cue, Schwimmer walks over, “Jen! Hey!” However, Aniston has no idea who his former co-star is, since he apparently exchanged memories of him Friends for delivery with Uber Eats.
She said, “Do we know each other?” before asking Schwimmer, “Give me a hint.”
“Well, we worked together for ten years,” Schwimmer responded, clearly taken aback. Aniston lied that she remembered him, but Schwimmer said, “You still don’t know, do you?”
Aniston responded: “Like I forgot ten years of my life.”
“I hate this city,” Schwimmer said. The commercial also highlights Victoria and David Beckham’s memory problems due to Victoria’s time in the Spice Girls and Jelly Roll forgetting that she had tattoos on her face.

Fans loved the reunion. One person commented: “Am I the one who thinks it would have been 10 times funnier if I had said ‘like I could forget we were on a break’ instead of ‘I forgot 10 years of my life’?”, referencing a callback of the show.
Another wrote: “David Schwimmer and Jennifer Aniston’s ad is all I’ll be watching this Super Bowl.” Another commented: “It’s always touching when any of the Friends cast members reunite.”
Aniston and Schwimmer’s reunion follows comments from the cast that they would not reunite as a group again. after Friends: the meeting.
“They would have to unravel all that good stuff for there to be stories,” Courtney Cox told NME. “Honestly, this will really make me cry, but this will be the last time we will be asked about the show as a group that we will do this. Like, we’re not doing this. [again] in 15 more years.”
Of course, the special was filmed before his co-star Matthew Perry’s passing in late 2023. Perry’s co-stars were devastated by his passing and released the following statement: “We are all absolutely devastated by the loss of Matthew . “We were more than just co-stars: we are family,” his statement reads. “There is a lot to say, but now let’s take a moment to grieve and process this unfathomable loss.”
It’s nice to see Aniston and Schwimmer channel some of their comedy magic into happier circumstances.
