Many viewers reacted negatively to the vlog, commenting that she had shared it just to get more views and subscribers for her channel. Viewers believed that he had been disrespectful to his deceased father.
However, the vlog left many viewers wondering how someone could create content from the death of a family member and then advertise it for fame and money.
Later, he publicly apologized to his viewers for the vlog. Keith defended himself and said that he had continued filming the vlog despite the sudden news because his father wanted to be in his vlog. Thus, Keith was fulfilling his father’s wish. He later added that he never shared the video to gain fame on his channel.

Keith started his YouTube channel on October 2, 2013 with his self-titled channel. The first video of him was uploaded on October 3, 2017, and it was a prank video. However, the first video on the channel to cross a million views was a question and answer session with his girlfriend and his daughter.
