After which she participated in the Miss World 2019 pageant as a spectator and posted on her Instagram handle that she will be a part of it next year. At the 70th Miss World pageant, she was crowned the winner by the 69th Miss World, Toni-Ann Singh, at the Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan, Puerto Rico on 17 March 2022. On winning, he said,
I was shocked when I heard my name, I still can’t believe it. I am honored to be crowned Miss World and can’t wait to get to work. “I will remember this wonderful chapter of Puerto Rico for the rest of my life.”

The competition was held in two parts, once in December 2021 and again in March 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A total of 40 semi-finalists were returned to Puerto Rico. In the final round, Karolina was asked ‘What is the most important discovery ever made?’ To which he replied,
Every day we learn something new. We all have unique experiences and we can all learn something about ourselves. What I have found is that it costs us very little to enrich the lives of others.
That’s why we can all afford it, and trust me, it’s worth its price. If you want to discover something new, just try learning to be rich with more empathy, compassion, gratitude, because as I mentioned before, we can all do that.

Philanthropist
Karolina is a social worker and likes to do voluntary work. She is a volunteer in a non-profit organization called ‘Zupa na Pietrini’. Her ‘Beauty with a Purpose’ project “Zuppa na Pietrini” helps homeless people in crisis while also raising awareness. They provide hot meals, food packages, drinks, clothing, masks, legal advice and professional medical assistance to approximately 300 people in need in Lodz every Sunday. They helped about 400 people without proper ID get vaccinated. He also helped build the first social bathroom for people in homelessness crisis in Łódź.
