Haji Irfan Solanki was born on Tuesday, 5 June 1979 (age 44 years; as in 2023) in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. His zodiac sign is Gemini. Case registered for misbehavior with female IAS officer
On 19 June 2011, Irfan Solanki and one of his associates were arrested in Kanpur for allegedly misbehaving with a female IAS officer of the state electricity department. On 15 June 2011, Solanki and his colleagues went to the office of Ritu Maheshwari, managing director of Kanpur Electricity Supply Company, with some complaints. When the security guards did not let them inside, they entered Maheshwari’s cabin and allegedly misbehaved with her. Although District Magistrate Hariom intervened and put the matter to rest following Solanki’s apology, a formal complaint was filed two days later by Executive Engineer Ashok Kumar Singh against Solanki and 20 of his supporters. After Solanki’s arrest, his supporters took to the streets in protest.
Clash with police over tinted car windows
In May 2012, Solanki and his supporters reportedly clashed with traffic police after they objected to the tinted windows of his car. When he was going from Kanpur to Delhi, the police stopped him in Faridabad. Solanki tried to convince the police to let him go by saying that he was an MLA, but they remained adamant on removing the black film from the car windows as black tinted windows were illegal. Following this, Solanki and his supporters allegedly brawled and assaulted the police, following which Solanki had to pay a fine of Rs 2,000. The incident embarrassed UP CM Akhilesh Yadav as he had promised to eliminate crime and hooliganism after apprehensions that the return of Samajwadi Party to power would lead to increase in “goondaraj” in the state.

On 28 February 2014, Solanki was allegedly attacked by junior doctors of Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College in Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur. Apparently, a junior doctor’s vehicle was hit from behind by another vehicle driven by an elderly man named Qadir Ali near Swaroop Nagar petrol pump. As a result, the junior doctor and his friends started assaulting the elderly man.
