In 2000, he began his professional career as an intern for the Philadelphia Eagles. In 2003, he was promoted to the position of director of football administration. After three years, he was promoted to the director of the team’s football administration. He was also appointed vice president of the football administration.
During the NFL, he appeared to represent the team on a salary cap and contract. On January 29, 2010, Roseman was named general manager of the Eagles. After that, he was named the general manager of the Eagles roster for the first season. The team later won the NFC East Division Championship.
