Anuj Sachdeva was born on Friday, 5 October 1984 (age 35 years; as in 2019) in Delhi. He did his schooling from NC Jindal Public School, Delhi. Subsequently, he went on to pursue BA (Hons) in History from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce (DCAC). After completing her graduation, she entered the world of glamor as a model. Anuj participated in the Mister India pageant and received the title of ‘Mr.’ Photogenic.’
She made her Bollywood debut with the film “Delhi Heights”, which also starred Neha Dhupia and Jimmy Shergill. After working in the entertainment industry for two years, he moved to New York to pursue a degree in performing arts from the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute. Apart from this, he is also a footwear designer and takes over his father’s footwear business.

Before entering the entertainment industry, Anuj Sachdeva worked as a model. He participated in Grasim’s Mister India pageant and was given the title of “Mr. Photogenic.” At the competition, he broke an ice floe with his elbow and hence, he was also voted “Mr. Best Talent.”
In 2005, Anuj participated in the reality show “Roadies”. She made her acting debut in 2007 with the Bollywood film “Delhi Heights”.

He started working with Endemol in 2008 and left his job in 2010. In 2009, she made her television acting debut with the TV serial “Sabki Laadli Bebo” opposite Shivshakti Sachdeva.

In 2012, she starred in the television serial “Phir Subah Hogi” aired on ZEE TV. Anuj left the show and went to New York to pursue an acting course. Anuj Sachdeva has worked in several TV serials including “Chhanchhan,” “Itti Si Khushi,” and “Swaragini-Jode Rishton Ke Sur.”

Apart from working in television serials, films and music videos, Anuj has also appeared in television commercials for various popular brands starring Bollywood actresses, including Anushka Sharma, Deepika Padukone, Esha Gupta.
Anuj has also endorsed brands like Emirates NBD, Emirates (Airline) and Dubai Shopping Festival.
In 2019, he participated in season 9 of the dance reality show “Nach Baliye” with his ex-girlfriend, Urvashi Dholakia.

Anuj Sachdeva is actively associated with NGOs working towards the welfare of animals. He is associated with an NGO called ‘Wildlife SOS’, which is working towards the protection and habitat conservation of Indian wildlife. He is a member of the elephant rehabilitation wing. On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi in 2017, Anuj Sachdeva founded the ‘Living Ganesh Initiative’ to raise awareness among the public and raise funds for the Elephant Care and Conservation Centre, Mathura.
