Haresh Khatri was born on Saturday, 2 November 1957 (age 66 years; as in 2023) in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She did her schooling from St. Theresa’s High School, Mumbai, Maharashtra. He studied MBBS from Topiwala National Medical College, Mumbai in 1981. He also studied at Jai Hind College, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

During his time there, he gained skills in leadership, business development and training. In January 2009, he took up the role of CEO and consultant at Optimal Health-N-Vet in Mumbai. Until 2024, he will continue to work there. His focus is on addressing and managing lifestyle diseases through natural supplements and lifestyle adjustments, providing guidance on weight loss and management, as well as anti-aging counseling.

After doing various modeling jobs, she started doing supporting roles. In 2018, he starred in the film Hichki and played the role of a principal. In 2019, he appeared as the legal head in the web series The Final Call, as Dr. Hingorani in Hostages and as the principal in The Family Man. In 2021, he played the role of Mr. Verma in the film State of Siege: Temple Attack. He played the role of Dr. Ashwant in the 2023 film Jawan. He appeared in other films including Haseena Parkar (2017), Gully Boy (2019), Satyamev Jayate 2 (2021), and Drishyam 2 (2022).
