Rap star Megan Thee Stallion is the subject of a new lawsuit that could have her in trouble. Megan’s former cameraman, Emilio Garcia, filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Megan. Garcia claims her rap star forced him to watch her have sex.
“García claims that he was in a van during a tour in Ibiza, Spain, in June 2022, when the rapper began having sex with another passenger in the car, in which García said he was trapped in both because the car was moving and he was “in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country,” the complaint reads.

But the accusations leveled against the woman do not end with sexual harassment. Garcia also says the rapper’s body embarrassed him. He accused her of saying things like “You don’t need to be eating” and calling him a “Fat bitch.”
Megan and her team are responding to the explosive claims made against them. Her attorney says the allegations leveled against her are “lewd” and they plan to defend themselves against the allegations in court.
“This is an employment claim for money, with no sexual harassment claim filed and with lewd accusations to try to embarrass her,” Megan’s attorney, Alex Spiro, told Page Six. “We will deal with this in court.”
García says workplace conditions make work difficult
In the complaint, Garcia’s attorney says there was a history of inappropriate conduct by the rap star. To the point that he found it difficult to complete the tasks of his employment. The former cameraman had worked for the “WAP” artist from 2018 to June 2023. Garcia’s attorney says his firing was “direct retaliation” for his decision to make his allegations public.
“Such harassment was so severe or pervasive that it altered plaintiff’s terms and conditions of employment, creating a hostile and abusive work environment and making his working conditions intolerable,” the complaint adds.
It seems that things are just beginning with the explosive complaint. And neither side has shown any willingness to budge from their current position. It will be interesting to see what the result is.
