Gypsy Rose Blanchard will be released from prison on December 28 and was asked if she regrets the murder of her mother.
If you don’t know, here’s some backstory: Gypsy Rose was a victim of Munchausen syndrome by proxy after her mother Dee Dee Blanchard falsified her medical records and made it appear that she suffered from a long list of medical problems. She was given medication and she underwent medical procedures that she suffered for years. She has been in prison for eight years after being found guilty of the murder of her mother in 2016.
Now, Gypsy, who was the subject of the Hulu series. The actexpresses remorse for killing his mother.

“I was desperate to get out of that situation,” she said. People. “If I had another chance to do it all over again, I don’t know if I would go back to when I was a kid and tell my uncles that I’m not sick and Mom makes me sick or, if I would travel back to the point of that conversation with Nick and say, ‘ Did you know? I’m going to go tell the police everything.’ “I kind of struggle with that.”
She added: “No one will ever hear me say I’m glad she’s dead or that I’m proud of what I did. I regret it every day.”
Gypsy Rose added: “I obviously knew I could walk and didn’t need a feeding tube, but everything else was a huge confusion for me. Every time I asked [having seizures], my mother said she had had an attack the night before and didn’t remember it. “There was always an excuse.”
