Ed Amatrudo began his career as a theater artist and has starred in the theater plays Jesus Christ Superstar, Oliver!, Treasure Island, Virginia Woolf, Temporary Buddy, Comedy of Errors, Merchant of Venice, and Othello. He made his TV debut in the small role of ‘Tommy T’ in the series Miami Vice. In 1989.
He made his film debut in 1990 with Chains of Gold as ‘Peter’.

He made his web debut with the Netflix film, Hillbilly Elegy (2020) as ‘Rich’ and has also starred as ‘Mike’ in the web production, A Week Away (2020).
