Trump faces 37 criminal charges related to an investigation into his withholding of national security documents at his Mar-a-Lago, Florida, home. Previously, prosecutors said Trump took more than 300 classified documents with him to Mar-a-Lago after leaving the White House in January 2021, and nearly 100 of those documents were seized during an FBI raid in August 2022.

So what happens next? Trump is likely to be fingerprinted, but a mugshot is not expected.

Trump will have the opportunity to plead guilty and the judge will discuss the conditions of release before trial, according to CNN.

Trump’s arrest in April was related to charges he faces over secret payments made to adult film star Stormy Daniels and another woman.
