This Christmas season, The CW has some truly unique holiday classics on its schedule, and fans are eagerly awaiting the premiere of Christmas Around the USA and more. Christmas Around the USA will take place on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. ET. The two-hour show will be repeated at the same time on Sunday, December 25, 2022.
Christmas Around the USA, hosted by actor Dean Cain and author Laura McKenzie, will explain how Christmas is celebrated in various states across the United States. Christmas broadcasts will illuminate many holiday customs and colorful seasonal decorations in American homes.

Dean of Cain
Dean Cain was born in Mount Clemens, Michigan in 1966. Dean never met his biological father, Roger Tanaka, who abandoned Dean’s mother before he was born. Dean came to Los Angeles when he was 3 years old with his mother, actress Sharon Thomas, and was adopted by Sharon’s husband, Christopher Cain. Dean attended high school in Santa Monica and later enrolled at Princeton University for a history degree. During his college career, he set a school football record with 12 interceptions.
He joined the Buffalo Bills football club in 1988, but was soon fired due to a knee injury. Dean decided to join Hollywood after a lackluster NFL career and starred in popular series like Beverly Hills, 90210. Dean became a national name thanks to his portrayal of Clark Kent/Superman in the ABC series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures Superman in 1993. It also helped him land other popular roles in shows like Dogboys.
Cain appeared in nine major feature films in 2010, including Bed & Breakfast and Hole in One. He has also hosted Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, Masters of Illusion and Bloopers. In 2018, he was sworn in as a reserve police officer in Idaho, where he still works. On May 1, 2022, Queen Mia Dorsett knighted Dean. Dean and his ex-girlfriend, model Samantha Torres, have a child named Christopher. It will now appear at Christmas around the world.
Ms. Laura McKenzie
Laura McKenzie is a 59-year-old native of Kansas City. She rose to fame as an NBC reporter in the 1980s thanks to two-minute holiday tips and air travel suggestions in the Sunday newspaper. She wrote and starred in 42 Republic Pictures domestic travel guide films, which won her Billboard magazine’s “Video of the Decade” award. She then appeared on American Adventurer, the longest running adventure show, airing 270 episodes.
McKenzie has also appeared in a number of films, including Red Sun Down and Chill Factor. She has won two Emmy Awards for the television series Laura McKenzie’s Traveler (2009 and 2010), as well as several Telly Awards, Hermes Awards, and Davey Awards.
Laura has appeared in a number of iconic episodes, including The DaVinci Code Revealed, Baby Animals and The DaVinci Code Tour. For four years, she was a spokeswoman for the Best Western hotel. He has many books published by Donning Publishing, including London Travel Tips, Paris Travel Tips, and Los Angeles Travel Tips. The International Television Association produces Christmas worldwide. The Christmas special will air on The CW on December 15, 2022.
