Cody Longo, an actor you may recognize from roles in projects including days of our lives and hollywood heightshe tragically passed away earlier this year at the age of 34.
Now, his cause of death has been confirmed after his autopsy was completed.

TMZ obtained a copy of the autopsy, noting that he died of “chronic ethanol abuse” and that his death was by “natural” means. “Chronic ethanol abuse” is a medical term used to say that he died from alcohol abuse.
TMZ also reports that Cody was found dead in a room “filled with bottles of alcohol.” Cody’s wife, Stephanie, asked local police to conduct a welfare check after she was unable to communicate. Officers found him on a bed.
Cody had three children, a daughter and two sons ages 7-1.
Our hearts go out to everyone who knew and loved Cody. RIP.
