Clifton Newman (born November 7, 1951) is a judge and attorney based in the United States. An experienced attorney, he now serves as a probate judge in the District Court of Southern California. He has been in the same position for more than two decades. As a district court judge, he presided over several trials, including the one against Alex Murdaugh.
