Christian Richard was born as ‘Christian Dumont’ in 1979 (age 41 years; as of 2020) in Middletown Township, New Jersey. Christian attended The Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth. In an interview, Christine Quinn revealed that Christian attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston and has specialized in all types of engineering, including software platforms. In fact, he earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from The College of New Jersey.

Joined and worked there as a software engineer for about six and a half years. In March 2007, he co-founded Foodler, an online food ordering service with Edin Arslanajic and John Zannotti, headquartered in Boston.
