Celso Borges is a Costa Rican footballer who was born on May 27, 1988 in San José, Costa Rica. Alexandre Guimares, a Brazilian-born, Costa Rican-raised ex-footballer and coach, is his father. - Borges made his professional debut with Saprissa on January 15, 2006, at the age of 18. With Saprissa, he won five national titles.
