After her conservatorship, Britney Spears is “completely dysfunctional” and in danger of going bankrupt.
Sources said TMZ that Britney is worse now than during her conservatorship. She is allegedly experiencing extreme and “shocking” mood swings and has no supervision at this time. In fact, she seems both “isolated” and “unstable.”
“She had a lot of freedom under the conservatorship and the restrictions were there to protect her,” a source said. “She is no longer protected.”
According The New York Times“EM. Spears’ 13-year conservatorship, which began in 2008 after a series of public meltdowns, ended in 2021.”
“His father, who was one of his guardians throughout the process, had been seeking court approval to pay more than $2 million in fees to various law firms he had retained in that capacity. He had also requested payment of his current attorney’s ongoing legal bill.”
Jamie resigned as Britney’s personal conservator in 2019. Her lawyer, Alex M. Weingarten, stated that he could not discuss the confidential settlement, but revealed that both sides resolved their issues.
“Jamie is thrilled this is all over,” Weingarten said. “He regrets the irresponsible and misleading accusations made publicly against him.”
On Friday, Rosengart, Britney’s attorney, called Britney a “brilliant and courageous artist of historic and epic proportions.”
“As she wished, her freedom now includes that she will no longer need to attend or be involved in court in this matter,” the statement concludes.
Britney Spears Allegedly in Danger of Going Broke After Conservatorship
Although her attorney claimed that Britney’s “wish for freedom is now truly fulfilled,” sources say she hasn’t received “any justice” since her conservatorship ended, especially when it comes to her finances.
According TMZ, Britney has also been overspending her money, to the point of risking bankruptcy. Sources revealed that she has been wasting millions of dollars on luxury trips.
“She can’t afford this,” a source said. “She had $60 million when she ended the conservatorship, and she is now where she started the conservatorship: in danger of going bankrupt.”
Not only did he spend money on accommodations for the trip, but he also apparently spent more than $4 million on his attorney, Mathew Rosengart. Additionally, she ended up covering the legal fees of his father, Jamie Spears, without receiving anything from him in return.
Whether she really got her happy ending is up for debate, as it appears she continues to struggle after her conservatorship and legal fees.
