In December 2002, Sapna Rana started her career as a radio jockey and producer at Radio Mirchi, where she co-hosted Radio Mirchi Mumbai’s breakfast show called Hello Mumbai. He worked there for 2 years before leaving the job in 2004. In December 2004, she started working as a Project Manager at Entertainment Network (India) Limited, where she coordinated between the creative agency, TV partners, artists and event agency for the 50th Filmfare Awards. In January 2006, he started working as Assistant Vice President and Cluster Programming Head at Radio Mirchi, UP and Rajasthan. In November 2007, he started working as Assistant Vice President and Head of Programming at Radio Mirchi, Delhi and NCR. In July 2010, she moved back to Mumbai and started working at Radio Mirchi Digital as assistant vice president and content head of the creative department. In December 2013, she was promoted to head of programming and in January 2016, she became senior vice president of regional programming in the West and Central.
