Beyoncé concluded her 57th show Renaissance world tour in Kansas City. Fortunately for fans, the singer saved her best looks for last.
During Beyoncé’s party Renaissance During the tour, each impressive three-hour set included a rotating wardrobe of dynamic custom-made costumes.
The world tour kicked off in Stockholm on May 10 and then toured Europe and the United States: the disco-themed show celebrated house music, queer culture and the ballroom dance scene.
In an interview with harper’s bazaar, one of Beyoncé’s designers, David Koma, explained: “For us designers, it’s not just an incredible exhibition, but a wonderful cultural moment to be a part of.” He added that the “Break My Soul” singer herself is “exceptionally involved in all the details.”
“A global tour like this is an incredible, culture-defining event,” Koma reflected. “Having watched some of the videos from this tour, you know it’s a once-in-a-lifetime magical performance that everyone in attendance will remember forever… Considering the creativity that goes into putting on a show like that, it makes sense to work with designers to special couture and personalized looks.”
During Bey’s final stop on her five-month tour, she showed off dreamy outfits from designers André Courrèges and Lou de Bètoly. Additionally, the singer wore a look from her own brand, Ivy Park.
After her show in Kansas City, the singer took to Instagram and added two carousel posts of her favorite looks to her account. Let’s take a look at some of Bey’s fashion favorites from her highly anticipated finale show.
The all black outfit
In Beyoncé’s first post after her show in Kansas City, she debuted a sleek all-black outfit. Her iconic look featured thigh-high leather boots, a sequined wrap-body suit with a dramatic train, and an oversized leather jacket from her label, Ivy Park. Her backup dancers sported similar outfits in dark hues, including black patent leather pants, elbow-length gloves, and matching long bras.
The singer accessorized her outfit with silver earrings, sequin gloves, a chain bracelet attached to her microphone, and futuristic sunglasses.
Beyoncé captioned her post: “It felt great to style and wear the final IVY PARK release (with adidas👀💃🏾🕺🏾🪩) at the RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR final show. The Blackout. “IVY PARK NOIR will be out on October 12.”
Modeled and prepared
The second outfit that Beyoncé shared on the ‘Gram is anything but simple. The look included pairing a sparkly black and gold printed jumpsuit with flowy cutouts, a matching hooded cape, boots, and a wide-brimmed hat with eyeholes. Nobody likes Bey!
Later in the show, the singer ditched her cape and swapped the hat for a hat with cascading fringes. Her backup dancers sport similarly patterned costumes, including what appears to be a long-sleeved jumpsuit with white trim. Matching crisp white tones complete the ballerina’s elegant look.
