Bert Belasco was born in 1982, in South Carolina, United States. As his exact date of birth is missing, his zodiac sign is unknown. Bert passed away at the young age of 38 in November 9, 2020. His death was a surprise. His body was found Sunday in a Virginia hotel room. According to Bert’s father, he was quarantined while he prepared for a new project. Additionally, his father told TMZ that Bret was found dead after Bert’s girlfriend couldn’t reach him and asked staff to check on him.
Still, no official cause of death has been determined. However, TMZ claims that blood was discovered on the sheets at the time and that Bert’s father believes he had an aneurysm. In his senior year of high school, he starred in “Home,” a play directed by Segun Ojewuyi, assistant professor of theater. Therefore, the play focused on “a man’s search for himself.” Additionally, she starred in other SIUC plays, including “The Greenbird” and “Parade.”
In addition to SIUC, he spent time in Chicago’s famous Second City and participated in the TVI Actors Studio Summer Institute in Los Angeles and a master class with acting instructor David Aulicino.
Bert’s career began starring in the 2011-14 BET sitcom “Let’s Stay Together” as Charles. Later, he appeared on Showtime’s “I’m Dying Up Here” and Fo’s “Pitch.” In 2016, he was cast as Sonny Evers in Pitch, and in 2018 as Rene Marson in “I’m Dying Up Here.”
Bert also worked on the Fox TV series Pitch and made some appearances on shows such as The Mick, NCIS: News Orleans, American Princess and Key and Peele. Additionally, in 2005, he appeared in a Snickers deal with Betty White that aired during the Superbowl.
