In the new contest series Battle of the Bling, social media celebrity Todrick Hall and HGTV designer Kim Myles search for the “most beautiful mansion” in America. The show will premiere on HGTV on Friday, December 9 at 10:00 p.m. ET, with two 30-minute episodes that will air continuously, titled Best Place for a Party and Bling with a View . Each episode of the show will feature houses to be judged and one house to be the winner, beating out the other two. Fans can watch the Battle of the Bling series on the HGTV Go app, where the episodes will be released the day after they’ve aired on television.
Battle of the Bling will feature five finalists selected from a total of 15 houses with lots of sparkle elements. Fur walls, mirrored fireplaces, breathtaking views and even a pirate den will be among the features. Only one of the finalists will take home the “Blingiest of them all” award, bragging rights and an HGTV magazine post. Throughout the series, HGTV celebrities such as Jackie Siegel, Keith Bynum and Alison Victoria will assist Hall and Myles in making decisions and judgments.

Kim myles
Kim Myles, 48, of Bakersfield, California, started organizing items in her home at an early age out of curiosity, even printing her own artwork for the items. Myles attended the Pacific Conservatory of Performing Arts after graduating from West High School and earning her Associate of Arts degree in the mid-1990s.
Kim entered the cosmetology field after struggling to make a living as an actor. She has done hairstyles for several stage artists. She and her husband, Scott Myles, founded their own ice cream company in 2003. Her company was wildly successful, but she had trouble managing it. Only then did Myles become a participant in HGTV’s Design Star program. She won the contest and got the chance to produce her own HGTV show. Kim hosted her own remodeling show, Myles of Style, with professional carpenter Anthony Gilardi in 2008. Since then, she has appeared on other home improvement shows, including Homemade Simple , and will soon be a judge on Battle of the Bling.

Todrick Hall
Todrick Hall (37) is a popular American musician known for his parodies, songs, and YouTube videos. Hall was raised by a single mother in Texas, and contacted the family when he was 15 years old. At the age of 16, he began his career singing and dancing on cruise ships. At the age of 20, Todrick was cast as Barrin’s replacement in The Color Purple, and eventually appeared in numerous touring productions. In 2008, he had over 2 million subscribers on his YouTube channel, which he launched in 2006. Todrick competed on season 9 of American Idol and made it to the top 16 in 2010.
After the show, he began producing his own online series, such as Pop Star High, which often featured characters posing as famous stars. At the time, MTV also hired him for its documentary series, Todrick. He makes frequent guest appearances on RuPaul’s Drag Race and has also recorded his own songs and albums. In 2019, Hall performed on Taylor Swift’s song You Need to Calm Down.
He appeared on The Masked Singer in 2021 and Celebrity Big Brother in 2022, finishing second on both shows. He will now be seen evaluating HGTV’s Battle of Bling. She is currently in a relationship with model Davis Borum. Battle of the Bling premieres on HGTV Friday, December 9 at 10:00 p.m. ET.
