Anish Hindocha is a Sweden-based accountant who is best known as the younger brother of Anni Devani. Anni was murdered on 13 November 2010 while on her honeymoon in South Africa, when the taxi in which Anni and her new husband Sriyan Dewani were traveling was hijacked for the purpose of robbery.

Anish Hindocha was born in 1988 (age 33 years; as in 2021) in Mariestad, Sweden. Statement in Anni murder case
Anish Hindocha frequently appeared in the Cape Town court during the hearing of his sister’s murder trial in Cape Town, South Africa. In 2014, when Srien Dewani was acquitted by the Cape Town Court of Anni murder charges, Anish Hindocha, in a conference with the media, requested the Cape Town Court not to close the Anni murder case. Anish said that the hidden truth of Anni’s murder will torment him and his family forever. He said,
If we are not given the full facts, meaning Mr Dewani is telling the court his full details, then Annie’s death will live forever on the conscience of South Africa. This would mean a lifetime of torture for me and my family, especially my mom and dad.”

- On Anni Devani’s 11th death anniversary in November 2021, a documentary titled ‘Anni – The Honeymoon Murder’ was filmed, based on the honeymoon murder of Anni Devani. It was released in November 2021 on the online platform named Amazon Prime Video.
