Madhavendra Rai was born on Sunday, 7 June 1970 (age 53 years; as in 2023) in Kundesar village in Ghazipur district of Uttar Pradesh. His zodiac sign is Gemini. He lived in Basti and Gorakhpur while growing up as his father worked in the police. He completed his graduation from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur, Maharashtra in 1995.
