Dr. Anahita Darius Pandole was born in 1967 (age 55 years; as in 2022) in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He did MBBS from Topiwala National Medical College and BYL Nair Charitable Hospital in 1990. Subsequently, he did MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the same college (1994). He also has Diplomate of National Board (DNB) degree. After completing her post-graduation, Dr. Anahita started her career as a gynecologist. She is one of the most renowned gynecologists in Mumbai and has around 32 years of experience. He is an expert in infertility management, high risk obstetrics and endoscopy surgeries with around 25 years of experience. Pandole is associated with many renowned hospitals of Mumbai. In January 2004, he launched the Bombay Parsi Panchayat Fertility Project in collaboration with the Bombay Parsi Panchayat. The objective of the project was to control the declining population of the Parsi community by providing fertility treatment to Parsi couples at affordable rates and giving them access to state-of-the-art medical facilities. He played a key role in formulating the idea of the project and formulation of the implementation methodology. In 2013, the Jio Parsi scheme was formulated by the Government of India to address the issue of declining population of Parsis in India. Anahita guides the Jio Parsi team on many medical issues.

On 4 September 2022, Cyrus Mistry was returning to Mumbai after attending the Parsi religious ceremony of Behram Rose in Udvada with his family friends Darius Pandole, Anahita Pandole and Jahangir Dhinshaw Pandole. According to the police,
Analyzing the footage captured by CCTV cameras at Charoti check post, Palghar police found that the car had crossed the check post around 2:21 pm and the accident had occurred 20 km further (in the Mumbai direction). Police said the rear seat passengers of the car died because they were not wearing seat belts.

In November 2022, after the fatal road accident of Cyrus Mistry and Jahangir Pandole, CASA police filed an FIR against Anahita Pandole for rash and negligent driving.
