She is an accomplished pianist and guitarist who also speaks Spanish and French. Allison is an American citizen, but is of English and German Jewish descent.
She attended State College for high school before graduating from Maclay School in Tallahassee, Florida. She then attended Boston University before transferring to Rhodes College her freshman year.
