During an interview, Akshay shared information about his daily routine, where he revealed that he follows a study schedule of 12 to 13 hours. This routine included studying new chapters, reviewing previous chapters, solving sample papers and giving mock tests. Although some reports indicate that Akshay did not enroll in any coaching institute for his CA preparation, he did hire tutors for some of the CA papers, while managing the rest himself. According to his insightful view, the comprehensive nature of the CA exam prevents the notion of understanding it in its entirety through the eleventh hour; Rather, it demands diligent long-term preparation. Akshay astutely said that to master the practical subjects, CA aspirants should actively engage in problem-solving rather than passively ponder over solutions. In his view, mere superficial understanding of solutions without putting one’s knowledge into practice falls short of the desired results. Despite his unwavering commitment towards his studies, he underlines the vital importance of occasional breaks within the rigorous process of CA preparation, describing them as necessary “breathers”. He cleverly highlighted the importance of devoting quality time with friends after completing the test, while recognizing the need to rest and refresh. Akshay diligently followed this practice for about six weeks before the exam, understanding the value of maintaining a good lifestyle even during the period of intense preparation. According to him, these breaths play an important role when one is going through such a difficult journey.
