Aishwarya Kailash Mishra is an Indian athlete, who competes in the 400 meters events. She was a member of the women’s 4×400 meters relay Indian team that won a silver medal at the 2022 Asian Games.

Aishwarya Kailash Mishra was born on Saturday, 16 August 1997 (age 26 years; as in 2023) in Mumbai, Maharashtra. His zodiac sign is Leo. He did his schooling from Ryan International Group of Institutions, Mumbai. In 2011, he started his journey as an athlete by participating in a 5 km marathon organized by St. Mary’s School in Dahisar, Mumbai and receiving Rs 1100 for winning. He did B.Com from Thakur College in Kandivali, Mumbai.

Aishwarya Kailash Mishra started athletics training under her coach Sumit Singh at the SAI Center in Kandivali. While studying in school and college, he has participated in many marathons and running competitions. In September 2021, he participated in the Maharashtra State Championships in Nashik. In March 2022, he clocked 2:06.44 seconds in the 800 meters event in Patiala. In April 2022, he won three 200 meters events at the National Federation Cup in Thenhipalam. In 2022, she clocked 52.62 seconds in the women’s 400 meters event at the National Games.
In May 2023, he earned a gold medal in 400 meters at the 26th National Federation Cup Senior Athletics Championships in Morabadi, Ranchi. In September 2023, Aishwarya clocked 47.90 seconds in the 4×400 meters relay in Chandigarh. His best performance in the 4 × 400 meters mixed relay event came in July 2023 at the Supachalsai National Stadium in Bangkok. His team clocked 3:30.41, his personal best, at the Mahinda Rajapaksa Stadium in Diyagama, Sri Lanka. On 29 September 2023, he was selected for the Indian athletics team as a reserve athlete for the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou, China. Aishwarya was a member of the Indian women’s 4 × 400 meters relay team that included Vithya Ramraj, Subha Venkatesan and Prachi Choudhary and the team won a silver medal at the 2022 Asian Games.

In June 2022, after becoming champion at the Federation Cup, she went missing and it was believed that she had deliberately evaded the dope testing teams of NADA and Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU). Later, she revealed that she had not escaped from the authorities but had traveled to Uttar Pradesh for personal reasons. Her personal coach, Sumit Singh then revealed that she had gone to Jaunpur in Uttar Pradesh to take care of her ailing grandmother. She also said that none of her family members knew where she was at that time.

I was a district level Kabaddi player and when Aishwarya showed interest in sports, I pushed her into athletics. In the last few years we have sold a small piece of land in UP. I sold my room in Mira Road, mortgaged my wife’s mangalsutra and took loans from friends to ensure that there was no problem in Aishwarya’s training or the education of my other two children. He has made India and Maharashtra proud. I am happy with it.”
