Afreen Rachel Vaz was born on Sunday, 23 December 1990 (age 31 years; as in 2021) in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He did his schooling from Hasnat High School, Mumbai. Afreen moved to Auckland, New Zealand with her family at the age of 11. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Otago in New Zealand. She also underwent a year of radiation therapy at the University of Otago and has been awarded a scholarship from the Royal Society of Breast Cancer. She participated as a contestant on New Zealand’s Next Top Model in 2010, which gained her greater recognition in the fashion industry. Later, she returned back to India to pursue her education as a medical student.

Beauty contest
Miss India beauty pageant organized a competition for Campus Princess in 2015 at JIPMER College, Puducherry, where they selected her as a contestant and she won the title. While studying as a medical student, she participated in several beauty pageants such as Femina Miss India 2015, where she placed first runner-up and also won the title of Sofitel Miss Congeniality at the Miss India pageant 2015, and She then competed at Miss Supranational Asia & Oceania 2015, which was held in Poland; She became the winner of the competition.
The winner of Miss India 2015 was Koel Rana and the second runner up was Vartika Singh.
Afrin Vaz won many competitions during her medical studies. She considers herself very privileged; In an interview he said,
I will not lie. I’m extremely privileged and for the most part, that’s because my parents worked hard to make sure I grew up knowing I could achieve anything I wanted to be. Am.
