Josh Dallas meets Melissa Roxburgh on the red carpet at the ATX Television Festival 2023 on Thursday (June 1) in Austin, Texas.
The two actors met with their Manifest co-stars JR Ramirez, Luna Blaise, Matt Long, Parveen Kaur, Holly Taylor and Daryl Edwards for the event, just hours before the show’s final episodes are set to premiere on Netflix.
While chatting with THRJosh talked about how excited he was to say goodbye to the show.
“When we did the final table read, I was crying the whole time,” Josh shared. “It’s double, right? It’s bittersweet because we say goodbye to these characters and this world, and also to the television family that we have created, the team and everyone we have worked with over the last five years. He was charged.”
He added that showrunner and creator Jeff Rake “knew how he wanted to end this story from the beginning.”
