News William Hanson

According to research by BookTrust, the UK is a country of pajama enthusiasts who wear their pajamas to the office, shopping and even walking the dog.

49% of Britons say they prefer to wear pajamas when out and about, 34% when working from home and 19% when walking the dog. It seems that 43% of Britons prefer to wear casual pajamas to bed, while 28% choose to wear a t-shirt and shorts, 20% only wear trousers and 17% prefer a birthday suit.

That last group should still have pajamas in their closet by June 7th because BookTrust lets people spend the day in their most comfortable pajamas.

People across the country will be able to wear their favorite pajamas and donate £1 for bedtime stories to each child. While etiquette expert William Hanson has warned that pajamas are “no reason to let your standards drop and look like you’ve just rolled out of bed,” we still happy to wear pajamas to work and school on June 7th.

It’s no surprise that Britons love their pajamas, William added that he was “very happy” that Pajamas allowed Britons to wear their pajamas on Friday for a good reason. They can be both elegant and comfortable, a nighttime routine and an accessory to an outfit.

BookTrust’s Gemma Malley also agrees, saying: “We have long suspected that Britons love their pajamas, and now we have concrete proof.” BookTrust is asking Britons to pay £1 to wear their pajamas this Friday in honor of Pajamaram, with the help of William Hanson.
