Will Prince Harry and Meghan Markle move to Los Angeles?

The couple is no longer looking for a home in Malibu.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex appear to be looking for a home in Los Angeles.

According TMZ, Meghan Markle, 42, and Prince Harry, 39, are planning to move to Los Angeles and will no longer be looking for a home in Malibu.

The outlet claims that the two are now showing interest in Los Angeles neighborhoods, but have not toured any homes yet. In September, Markle and Harry looked at an $8 million piece of land in Malibu, but eventually changed their minds.

Currently, Markle and Harry live on the coast in Montecito. The two have attended dozens of events in Hollywood and surrounding areas. Malibu is much closer than Montecito, but the couple believes it is still “too far” from where they hope to live.

Additional sources claim that privacy is a priority for Markle and Harry. After it emerged that the couple visited a property off the Pacific Coast Highway, the property was bombarded by paparazzi, an obvious deterrent to the couple.

Meghan and Harry lived in Tyler Perry’s posh Beverly Ridge Estates home for a few weeks in 2020, staying largely under the radar. Now they are thinking about moving to a place like this, where neighbors value privacy and security.

The former royals gushed about Perry’s house in their docuseries Harry and Meghan. Harry described his experience there as “bliss because no one knew we were there… We were there for six weeks and no one knew. “My family still thought I was in Canada.”

The media eventually discovered where Markle and Harry were hiding, forcing Perry to install a privacy fence to prevent reporters and paparazzi from taking obsessive photographs.

Perry stated that he and his neighbors lived in peace and quiet for years before Markle and Harry came into the picture. He said he had “never seen anything like the media blitz” about the couple. He also shared that once the cat was out of the bag from his location, he saw drones and helicopters flying over the house all day long. Ambitious paparazzi kept finding ways to sneak onto the property. Some even started poking holes in the chain link fence Perry had installed.

Do you think Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will find peace and privacy in Los Angeles?
