Jacky Oh tragically died earlier this year at the young age of 32, and details of the cause of her death are being revealed.
He Wild and out The star, who shared three children with DC Young Fly, died from complications from surgery, TMZ reports.

The outlet obtained a copy of Jacky’s autopsy, which said she “died as a result of complications from cosmetic surgery.”
Jacky had apparently flown to Miami for a “mommy makeover,” which included liposuction that transferred fat to her butt.
After the surgeries she was prescribed cliprofloxacin (an antibiotic), oxycodone (a painkiller) and ondansetron (against nausea), and hours later, Jacky had started to have a headache so she consulted her surgeon.
Jacky then went for a massage to relieve her pain and was advised to stop taking ondansetron and take ibuprofen instead.
However, a few days later, Jacky reported feeling that her head was “burning” with the symptom of difficulty speaking. Her aunt then called 911 and she did not respond before they arrived at her location.
Jacky was pronounced dead at the hospital that same night.
The official cause of the report says he had “swelling on the brain and extensive bleeding on the skin around the torso.”
Just days after his passing, DC Young Fly paid tribute to him on social media.
