“I mean, oh my gosh, it’s been 23 seasons, 12 years,” Blake told ET. “Guys, I have literally watched your children grow up… It’s amazing, all the life that has passed. I met my wife there, you know, everything good that could come out of something like that, I’ve squeezed the most out of it.”
“I’m definitely going to miss him sometimes, but it’s time. I mean, oh my gosh, I saw a little blurb where someone caught Adam Levine going to a party and they said, ‘What do you think about Blake leaving?’ and he turned around and said, ‘About time,’” he added.
Blake confirmed: “He’s right, about time. This has changed my life in so many ways, but it’s time to let one of these new up and coming artists become a coach, like Reba. That would be a nice break.
Find out why Adam Levine wasn’t invited to Blake and Gwen Stefani’s 2021 wedding, despite co-starring in The voice together for so many years.
