Good Bones: Risky Business will air on HGTV on September 6 at 9:00 PM ET and hosted by Mina Starsiak Hawk. The show will follow the real estate agent and personality of HGTV as she undertakes the most dangerous venture of her career. The actress also appeared in Good Bones with her mother, where they turned small ravaged properties into magnificent works of art.
The new show will focus solely on Mina as she transforms her hundred-year-old Victorian home into a bed and breakfast and event center. Each episode will focus on a different area of the house, and the show will follow the process closely.

In a 2020 interview with People magazine, the Good Bones: Risky Business actress shared about her experience with IVF. The celebrity and her husband conceived their first child Jack without any hitch. However, when they start trying for a second child, things are not so simple. She based her trip on previous experience, and after three months of trying, she realized something was wrong. Due to the low number of eggs, the Good Bones: Risky Business actress was forced to undergo IVF.
She commented on the need for treatment:
Feeling like your body is failing and letting you down. The couple then tried IUI and succeeded; they call it their “Hail Mary”. The celebrity also candidly shared about the difficulties after giving birth and how she feels about her body after giving birth to two children. She thought and heard about it for a while, but in the end she decided to continue and said:
“I was extremely critical of myself for wanting to do this, because it was extremely selfish. But I found that everything was fine and I just had to keep reminding myself of it.”
The Good Bones actress performed a risky “motherhood makeover” that included a tummy tuck, liposuction and breast augmentation. She continued:
“It’s like a mother’s guilt because everyone needs care but you.”
The celebrity revealed that no matter what she wears, she never feels comfortable with her figure. After undergoing these surgeries, she feels more herself and has no regrets. The celebrity said fan response to the post was “very supportive”.
