So, who is Amari?
He’s the 17-year-old younger brother of Khloe‘s ex Tristan Thompson and he’s been living with her since January, which we just learned on the latest episode of The Kardashians this week.

“Someone is 17 today!!!! Happy birthday sweet sweet Amari!!! We are all so blessed to have been touched by an angel such as you 🩵 you are truly one of Gods greatest treasures 🩵,” Khloe wrote on Instagram on Thursday (July 27).
The latest episode of The Kardashians follows what happened after Tristan‘s mother Andrea passed away unexpectedly back in January 2023.
“Tristan has a house that he is doing construction on and renovating. He was able to live there during renovations but we had crazy weather for California, like extreme rain. Tristan’s roof caved in on his home and caused flooding,” Khloe shared in a confessional. “So Tristan and Amari are staying at my house now until his home gets fixed.”
“Andrea is only 53 years old and she leaves behind four boys: Dishawn, Daniel and Amari,” Khloe continued. “And Amari is 16 and he is severely disabled and it is just really sad. Because we don’t know what he knows or doesn’t know cognitively.”
Fans have been praising Khloe in the comments of her Instagram post.
“This speaks volumes on her as a person… the mom died months ago and no one knew she took him in,” one fan said.
