Cosmopolitan She did some research on Princess Catherine’s diet and highlighted three different items.
For starters, the royals reportedly eat a lot of home-cooked meals and are said to be unprofessional in the kitchen. He has talked about baking birthday cakes and his roast chicken seems to be one of Prince William’s favorite dinners.
It has also been reported that Princess Catherine enjoys a smoothie in the morning. A recipe referenced in the daily mail it included “spirulina, kale, matcha (a finely ground green tea powder), spinach, romaine lettuce, cilantro, and blueberries.”
The publication noted that the Prince and Princess of Wales eat sushi.
What else do we know about Princess Catherine’s diet? The List noted that she enjoys a spicy dish but she’s not a fan of almond milk. The more you know!
