Pizza lovers from around the world will compete for the best dough, who will show who has the best recipe and win $10,000. Is it cake? The makers are back with a mouthwatering food-centric program that focuses on the most beloved food ever – pizza. Bachelor in Paradise Wells Adams will host a new Hulu show and force contestants into activities they don’t like. In the series’ trailer, Wells informs the contestants that they have to make a cupcake with pizza, which upsets a nonna. Three pizza masters will participate in each episode, and in the first episode, three Italian grannies will compete for cash prizes.
The summary of the show is as follows:
“There is a great unity in the world when there seems to be little consensus on anything…the world’s love of pizza. Best In Dough brings together pizza enthusiasts from all walks of life to compete for a $1,000 prize by showing off their pizza making skills. The first world pizza tournament has begun!”
Chef Millie Peartree, comedian and food influencer Eunji Kim and baker Bryan Ford will judge the Adams show. Meanwhile, the main judge of the competition will be chef Daniele Uditi.
Meet the husband of Best in Dough host Sarah Hyland.
Former Bachelorette contestant and franchise favorite Well Adams will host the first pizza challenge. Before becoming famous on television, this 38-year-old California native worked in radio. Additionally, he co-hosts the podcast Your Favorite Thing with Brandi Cyrus. After a two-year wedding delay due to the pandemic, Adams recently married Modern Family actress Sarah Hyland in August 2022. The couple have been dating since 2017. The host of The Best in Dough, a big gentleman grown up, sought Sarah’s parents’ approval before proposing to her. 2019
Wells is an avid animal lover, often volunteering at the Nashville Humane Society, which helps animals find loving homes. When asked about his relationship with dogs, he said:
“Dogs have an unusual ability to detect your emotions. They are very good at soothing you when you’re not feeling well or regulating your emotions when you’re down. It’s amazing how these creatures are. How sensitive is this?”
Adams’ favorite food is pizza, so it seemed fitting that he host a show that celebrates people’s love of the food he loves. In an interview with People, he talked about Best in Dough and expressed his excitement as people watched the show.
Then he said:
“I can honestly say that I have never had as much fun (or weight gain) as working at Best in Pizza. Host is an absolutely amazing job! In a world where no one can agree on anything, we can all agree on one thing: pizza is the best and this show is a giant paradise.”
Best in Dough will premiere on Hulu with three episodes, with the next three on Mondays.
