Warren Beatty Is Sued By A Louisiana Lady Over A 1973 Incident

On Monday, November 7, 2022, Kristina Charlotte Hirsch is reported to have filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court. She said that the actor when she was 14 or 15 years old forced her to have sex with him. According to the Guardian, the action did not identify Beatty. Kristina Charlotte Hirsch, a woman, has filed a complaint against actor Warren Beatty. She alleges he forced her into an inappropriate relationship while she was still a minor in 1973. Hirsch said she first met Beatty, then 35, on the set of The Parallax View and that he was “excessively concerned” with her. She said the star complimented her look “many times” and gave her his phone number. The woman testified that Beatty kept calling her, taking her to his car and inviting her to the hotel where he was staying. She also claims that the Golden Globe winner volunteered to help her with her schoolwork and started talking about “virginity”.

According to civil records, Warren Beatty used her fame to corrupt Hirsch, even though she was a “little child” at the time. It is said that Beatty repeatedly used her position to “force sex” with Hirsch. The woman also accused Beatty of being a “groomed predator”, calling his activities “oppressive, evil and vile”. He acted “intentionally and consciously with contempt for [her] Hirsch said she was initially “very pleased” with Warren Beatty’s attention because she believed they were in a “romantic relationship”.

Kristina Charlotte Hirsch is currently suing for psychological, mental and emotional pain. She said the experience made it difficult for her to deal with “people in power”.

Hirsch’s lawsuit against Beatty was brought under California’s 2019 law that provides a three-year “look-back window” on allegations of child abuse in cases that would otherwise be barred by statute. Hirsch is represented by Jeff Anderson & Associates attorneys Michael Reck and Michael Finnegan. Meanwhile, Warren Beatty and his staff have remained silent and have not responded to the allegations as of writing.
