livelihood
After completing MBA, Vishal worked in the corporate sector for some time. Later he joined a theater and acted there for some time. In an interview, while talking about his experience as a theater artist, he said,
I did a lot of theatre. With around 20 characters, we took turns playing each character while rehearsing, so that we got the nuances of each character – be it body language, expressions. I think every actor should do theater to better himself and I miss doing it now. “You can get responses in a jiffy.”
After this she started modeling and walked for various brands in fashion shows. Vishal Nayak made his debut in the television industry with the series Betaab Dil Ki Tamanna Hai. In 2010, he appeared in the role of Parmeet in the TV series Preet Se Bandhi Yeh Dori Ram Milayi Jodi. From 2010 to 2017, he appeared in various recurring roles in the Sony television series CID as Vedant, Raj and Harsh. His first big screen role came in the 2012 film Second Marriage.com, in which he played the role of Akshay Narang.

In 2012, he appeared in the roles of Rahul and Tarun in a few episodes of the Hindi-language crime show Savdhaan India. From 2013 to 2014, he played a negative role in the TV series Qubool Hai as Farhan Qureshi. From 2015 to 2017, he starred in the TV series Sasural Simar Ka in the role of Shailendra Bhardwaj. In 2018, he appeared in the role of Agnidev in the TV series Mahakali – Anth Hi Aarambh Hai. Later, in the same year he starred as Chandravardhan Maurya in the TV series Chandragupta Maurya. In 2022, he played the lead role of Shiva in the TV series Parashuram. In 2023, he appeared in the role of Vikram Oberoi in the TV series Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal and in the role of Hemant Karmarkar in the TV series Baatein Kuch Ankahi Si.
