Vijaya Chamundeshwari is an Indian fitness expert and daughter of veteran South Indian actors Gemini Ganesan and Savitri. She is the sister of famous Bollywood actress Rekha.

Vijaya Chamundeshwari was born on 2 December 1959 (age 60 years; as in 2019) in Madras (now Chennai). His zodiac sign is Sagittarius.
She went to Andhra Mahila Sabha, Presentation Convent School in Kodaikanal and Vidyodaya High School in Chennai. She went to Ethiraj College for Women to pursue her graduation in English Literature. He is a fitness expert at GG Hospital, Chennai.

His father Gemini Ganesan was a famous Tamil actor. His mother, Savitri was a famous Tamil and Telugu actress. His father was a Tamil Brahmin on his father’s side and Christian Vellalar on his mother’s side. Vijaya’s mother belonged to a Telugu-speaking Kapu family.
He has a younger brother named Satish Ganesan.
His father married four times, which led to his many half-siblings. Since his father’s marriage to Alamelu, he has four half-sisters, namely Dr. Revathi Swaminathan (eldest; a radiation oncologist), Dr. Kamala Selvaraj (second eldest; owner of GG Hospitals), Narayani Ganesan (third eldest; journalist with TOI), Dr. Jaya Sridhar (fourth eldest; health consultant at Inter News Network). He has two half-sisters, Rekha (actress) and Radha (former actress; lives in the US), from his father’s marriage to Pushpavalli (actress).
His father married for the fourth time, to Juliana Andrews, and he had no children with her.
Vijaya is married to Govind Rao Vaddi.
The couple has two sons, Arun Kumar Vaddi (does theater and dog grooming) and Abhinaya Vaddi (actor).
Vijaya also has a grandson named Ritwik and a granddaughter named Swastika.
