On Friday (April 14), entertainment tonight reported that the 28-year-old Vander Pump Rules The star recently entered a treatment center following her affair with Tom Sandoval.

“Raquel and her family decided, before the relationship was discovered, that she would go to a voluntary center for mental health counseling,” a source shared with Eastern Time.
The source added that Raquel planned to appear before the Vander Pump Rules season 10 reunion, which was taped on March 23.
“She was scheduled to go before the meeting but decided she wanted to finish her filming commitment,” the source explained. “Bravo and the production were aware and supported him on his journey to better mental health.”
Raquel’s representative also told the site that she is not receiving treatment for substance abuse issues.
On March 3, it was revealed that Raquel had been having a months-long affair with Tom, 40, which ultimately ended his nearly nine-year relationship with girlfriend Ariana Madix.
Tom recently gave a revealing interview with Howie Mandel where he discussed the beginning of his relationship with Raquel and revealed if they are still together.
