Vaishali Takkar (1992–2022) was an Indian television actress, who is popular for playing the role of Anjali Bhardwaj in the television show ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ (2011). He died by suicide in Indore on 16 October 2022.

After their engagement in April, it was reported that they were going to get married in June, but later he told his fans through social media that he has decided not to marry her. In an interview she talked about how she decided to marry Abhinandan and said,
This is going to be an arranged marriage. We met on a matrimonial site and started talking. Last year during the lockdown, my mother jokingly created my profile and said let’s get you married. Arranged marriage was never in my mind. But this is happening. My mother created my profile and since I did not have the option to go out and find the love of my life during the lockdown, I thought it would be better if I find it through a matrimonial site.

On October 16, 2022, news came that he died after committing suicide in Indore. It was further reported that her father found her body in her bedroom. Police further said that a suicide note was found in her bedroom in which she mentioned that she was harassed by her ex-boyfriend.
