R&B legend Usher will headline the Super Bowl in Las Vegas this weekend. And while the singing sensation will make a splash in Sin City’s big game, he’s already getting a head start. The “Nice and Slow” artist was revealed as the new ambassador for Kim Kardashian’s Skims underwear line. With Usher holding the title of a prominent sex symbol, his most recent announcement set social media on fire.

The R&B star opens up about his controversial residency
Usher went viral a lot last summer during his Las Vegas residency. The singer often picked women in the crowd to serenade with one of his songs, whether they were alone or not.
But a particular situation went viral on social networks. When talk show host Keke Palmer was serenaded by him. He got a strong reaction from his ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson.
During a recent appearance on Club Shay Shay with Shannon Sharpe, Usher broke his silence about the incident.
“I mean she wanted to go out and have a good time. Shouldn’t you feel like you should go out with your girls and have fun? Usher said.

Sharpe then asked the R&B star if any of the men at his shows get angry when their women are serenaded by him.

Usher almost created a supergroup with three legends
Usher has accomplished almost everything there is in the music industry. Adding a Super Bowl headliner to his resume will be icing on the cake this weekend. But he also revealed that he was almost part of a big company. He was supposed to create a musical supergroup with three other icons.
“Jay-Z, Pharrell, Diddy and I were supposed to be a group. Yes. That’s crazy. You’ll hate me for that, I know,” he added.
“I just got stuck, I think. We all get caught up in the moment. And we were talking about it and having secret meetings about it. We were talking about music and how we’re going to turn it around and his business. And somehow, man, we got distracted and it never happened. “That’s what I really wish had happened.”
