Uma Harathi Ann was born in 1995 (age 28 years; as of 2023) in Telangana, India. She is a resident of Nalgonda district of Telangana. He did his schooling from Narayana Junior College, Hyderabad. Later, she joined Sri Chaitanya School in Hyderabad, then studied at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Public School, BHEL, Hyderabad. From 2013 to 2018 he did B.Tech. in Civil Engineering at IIT Hyderabad. While studying at IIT Hyderabad, she was a part of the college’s annual techno-cultural fest Elaan & ηVision.

This was my fifth attempt. It has been a long process and it was not easy. But it was a wonderful trip. I learned from my mistakes and discovered myself. Follow the process and understand the exam. Strategy, accept your failures, setbacks and ups and downs. Just accept everything, and that way, even if you don’t pass the exam, you will be ready to face the world.”
- After securing the third rank in the UPSC 2022 exam, he was felicitated by Narayanpet Collector Koya Shri Harsh.
